2008 COMMERCIAL BOOTH APPLICATION and FEES
Application is available by clicking on the booth application link above and downloading the form. Payment is due when booth space is confirmed.
The 2008 applications will be processed beginning April 1. You will be notified of your application status within 14 days of receipt of your application.

2008 General Booth Information:
* NOTE: Booth rates will increase to Option #2 rates for applications received after July 25. For each additional 10’ x 10’space purchased, you will receive a $40 discount.
* All booths are 10’ x 10’ and include one 500-watt plug.
* Any additional electrical needs must be arranged with Alert Electric at 541-747-2213.
* Indoor booths include 8 ft. back and 30" inch side drape.
* Some outdoor booths include canvas top and sides. Some are open and uncovered.
*Tables and chairs are not included. (Outside or Inside)
* Each booth will receive a limited number of passes for booth workers.
* Vendors must be present in their booths ALL hours of the Fair. Failure to do so will jeopardize your space at the Fair in the future.
* Free Parking is limited at the fairgrounds; however Vendor Permit Only lots will have spaces available for Cars and RVs via application when your contract is sent to you.
* Please check with Fair Office regarding booth design, rules and fire code regulations.
