BI-MART TALENT SHOW APPLICATION
Two Grand Supreme winners (from age 15 and under and 16 and older categories)will be selected at the Bi-Mart Talent Show Competition to represent Lane County at the Oregon State Fair Talent Competition! FUN AT THE FAIR HORSE SHOW APPLICATION
Enjoy this unique horse show featuring everything from halter, English pleasure, Western pleasure, jumps, costume classes and the category of fun classes such as “egg and spoon” and “bare back dollar bill” races. Persons interested in entering must complete and submit an application form.

To exhibit at the Lane County Fair you must register in advance ONLINE. No paper registration forms will be accepted. Please make sure to review the new instructions below.
Registration will be accepted online through July 27 for Livestock and July 31 for Stills.
If you need help registering online, staff will enter your information online at one the following Open House events in Meeting Room 2 of the Events Center. A $3 transaction fee will be required per individual (regardless of the number of entries) exhibiting at the Fair, however youth exhibitors will get their $3 back in the form of a half price Fair Admission ticket given the day entries are submitted to the Fair. You may enter as many items per exhibit department criterium. Payment is due at the time of registration. If you complete your registration and find you want to make a correction or addition, you can avoid paying another $3 transaction fee by visiting one of the Open House labs below and have Fair staff make the correction/addition for you.

Friday, July 27: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Livestock only, located in the Auditorium)
Saturday, July 28: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid making online registration errors, please read carefully, the following registration guideless,
1. For each Exhibit Department you want to enter, write down the Sections and Classes that you want to enter.
2. Click on the "Register ONLINE" link and go to the Fair Management Program.
3. Create an Account. Enter your first name, user email address, and password.
4. If you know your Sections and Classes, go to "Quick Entry" and enter them there. If you still need to look up information, go into "Premium Book" and all the Sections and Classes are there by Exhibit Department. Choose the Exhibit Department you are entering and the appropriate Sections and Classes will be visible.
5. Once completed, go to "Entry Summary" to review your entries. If the data is correct, you may hit "Continue Checkout". If you are unsure as to whether you are ready to submit the data for registration, you can exit out of the program and it will save your data until you go back online at a later time. Just remember your user email and password info that you created your account with.
6. When you are read to submit your entries, click on "Continue Checkout". You will have an opportunity to print out your summary at this point. After reviewing the rules of the Fair, click the box that says you have read and understand the rules, and then click "Continue".
7. Follow the instructions for providing your credit card information for payment of the transaction fee and any associated entry fees. Then you are done.
8. If you forgot an entry, please attend one of our lab dates, and you may enter it then without being charged another $3 transaction fee.
