Community Display Opportunities 


Discovery Park

Discovery Park is a fun and engaging space where community organizations can showcase their work and programs through hands-on, interactive and educational activities. Organizations promoting alternative power, animal outreach, sustainable landscaping, and more are invited to join Discovery Park. 

This is an activity focused area with some minimal information distribution allowed. Exhibitors offered FREE space in Discovery Park will engage Fair goers with activities or demonstrations. Exhibitors are allowed to distribute some information about their organization and accept donations. Absolutely no sales are allowed in Discovery Park. 

Open from 11am-8pm all five days of the Fair, Wednesday-Sunday July 20-24. Exhibitors can participate during all hours or arrange to be here for only part of the Fair.

STEM Festival

Share your Science-Tech-Engineering-Math (STEM) related programs alongside other schools, community members and organizations impacting our community and world with their work. 

As part of Discovery Park, the STEM Festival is an activity focused area with some minimal information distribution allowed. Exhibitors offered FREE space in the STEM Festival will engage Fair goers with activities or demonstrations. Exhibitors are allowed to distribute some information about their organization and accept donations. Absolutely no sales are allowed during the STEM Festival. 

The 3rd annual STEM Festival at the Fair is open from 11am-8pm Friday-Sunday, July 22-24. Exhibitors can participate during all hours or arrange to be here for only part of the Fair.

Agri-Culture Land

Agri-Culture Land is designed to provide engaging displays celebrating agricultural activities in Lane County. Exhibits should have a connection to Agriculture in Lane County. Exhibitors can choose to have a FREE informational display or pay a small fee to have a sales booth. 

Exhibitors utilizing FREE space can distribute information about their organization and accept donations, but are not allowed to sell anything at the Fair. Informational displays do not need to be staffed, however you are encouraged to provide staffing during Fair hours to connect with Fair goers.

Exhibitors wishing to upgrade to an Agricultural Sales booth will pay a $50 per day rate. In sales booths a maker/grower should be present the majority of hours.  All items sold must be made/grown in Lane County. Exhibitors are required to incorporate demonstrations and/or information on how items are made or grown into their booth display to receive the discounted rate. 

Most Agri-Culture Land booths will be open all 5 days of the Fair from 11am-11pm Wednesday-Saturday July 20-23, and 8pm Sunday, July 24. Exhibitors can participate during all open hours or arrange to be here for only part of the Fair.

Senior Dessert Social

The Senior Social is a special time during the Lane County Fair to celebrate the seniors in our community and create a social environment for them to mingle and learn about services available to them in our area. Senior Social Exhibitors offer products or services that benefit seniors in our community. 

The Senior Social is Thursday, July 21st from 11am-2pm in the Wheeler Pavilion.  Exhibits should be staffed for the duration of the Senior Social. There is a $50.00 fee for Senior Social booths.

Arts & Crafts Vending

Arts & Crafts vending options provide a sales opportunity at the Lane County Fair for smaller local businesses. This option focuses on handmade and locally grown items. 

Exhibitors accepted as Arts & Crafts vendors will pay a $50 per day rate. In sales booths, a Maker should be present the majority of hours. All items sold must be made/grown in Lane County. Exhibitors are required to incorporate demonstrations and/or information on how items are made into their booth display to receive the discounted rate.
